That knowledge makes it much easier for us to take the precautions necessary to having any form of in-person event. Ask Your Guests to Get Vaccinated

Covid vaccination remains a complex issue in the United States. To date, the vaccines are also our single best defense against the pandemic. If you are planning an in-person event, you should strongly consider asking all guests about their vaccination status.

Unvaccinated guests should be encouraged to either get the vaccine or take additional precautions. You may want to hire mobile Covid-19 testing for events to cover your bases if some guests are unvaccinated.

Require Same Day Covid Testing

The omicron variant is the first to cause problems for the vaccines. Vaccinated people tend to have mild symptoms, but they are more likely to spread omicron than the previous variants.

Plan Seating Arrangements Carefully

Keep Things Sanitary

Make sure hand sanitizer is available to all of your guests at set stations throughout your event. You should also ensure that all surfaces are wiped down with anti-microbial cleaning materials before the event begins.
